If a stone travels quickly enough, it can skip over
water. You and Peace are the same way
together. As long as you are hectic, frantic, or
rushing, you will skip over the face of Peace,
barely brushing its surface. But if you grow still
inside, you will sink into the sweet depths of
Peace.
Be still inside.
Sink like a stone.
